Today was our second annual participation in the very New England pastime of “Apple Picking.” It was pretty packed at the orchard. Obviously, it’s a popular New England pastime. A number of people from Angela & Jack’s playgroup went with us to pick apples, enjoy the countryside, and ride around on a tractor. Jack also picked out a couple of pumpkins for Halloween. He’s pretty stoked about the holiday since orange is pretty much his favorite color. He enjoyed picking the “low hanging fruit” off of the apple trees…If you listen closely to the video, you may be able to hear a “Pick More Apples” request from him, as well as a number of “Mmmm, mmm’s” as he’s sampling the merchandise. Note the comparison pictures below, we couldn’t get him to stand up tall this year to fully compare heights, but you get the general idea- he’s grown.
